We’re on a mission to make the world’s best juice.

That’s a lofty goal, but we gotta start somewhere!

With our juices, we hope to dispel the myth that fresh pressed juice is only for certain people.

That’s why we offer a rainbow selection of juices. Some are naturally sweet - perfect for the juice-curious, kids, and your afternoon (or morning) cocktail. For the hardcore juice fans, we skip the sweet and focus on the greens.  

We began our juicing journey a few years ago as a pandemic hobby. While everybody else was making sourdough bread, we were making juice. 

We quickly discovered how much work it is to juice (and clean up!), and started to look for high-quality cold-pressed juice at the store. We found that everything was either incredibly imbalanced (add some ginger to your ginger?), or so full of added sugars and preservatives that we were better off drinking a coke. We also struggled to find a juice shop we really felt comfortable in - we just didn’t fit the vibe. 

A Natural Next Step

Meanwhile, Steve was ready to start a new career after a long and successful run in corporate communications. Lindsey’s career coaching business was rewarding but she was looking to build something more hands-on. 

So we burned the ships and set out to create the juices and fresh foods we’d been searching for. To build a space we’d actually want to hang out at. To create drinks and foods that celebrate the rich heritage and bounty of the region. 

We make artisan juices and foods sourced from the northwest, for the northwest.
