  • Our handcrafted artisan cold-pressed juice is made from locally sourced, organic produce for the freshest (and tastiest) juice you can buy. We use a cold-pressed system (Goodnature X-1) that grinds raw fruits and veggies, then uses a hydraulic press to press the juice while preserving the vitamins, minerals, and enzymes of our produce.

Traditional juicers use a centrifugal system that spins grinders to mash the produce, causing it to heat up and can reduce the nutritional value of the juice. Furthermore, most juices you’ll find from mass producers are pasteurized through a process called High Pressure Processing (HPP), which uses water pressure to heat the juice and kill bacteria - giving it a months-long shelf-life but greatly reduces the flavor and health qualities of the juice. It’s a cool process! But we believe the damage to the end product doesn’t outweigh the benefits of a longer shelf life.

    That’s a lot of big words, so tldr;

    • We handwash every piece of produce to avoid contamination and inspect for freshness

    • Our produce and juice always stays cold (below 41* for the health inspectors out there) to maximize freshness, flavor, and avoid bacteria growth

    • We never add fillers or preservatives to our juices

  • We source the vast majority of our ingredients from PNW based farms and suppliers. The main exception to our local sourcing is citrus - we’ve just never heard of a WA-grown lemon!

Some of our best local farmer friends include:

    • Collins Family Orchards (Yelm, WA)

    • Bow Hill (Bow, WA)

    • Regino Farms (Burlington, WA)

    • Schuh Farms (Mt. Vernon)

    • River Run Farms (Sequim, WA)

  • Our juice is best enjoyed within 3-5 days, but has a shelf life of 7 days from production.

  • Yes, your juice is safe to consume if frozen PRIOR to its expiration date. Citrus-based juices freeze best (and make for excellent popsicles). To be honest, our green juices lose a bit of their luster and texture, but they still taste great.

This should go without saying, but be sure to transfer your juice into a freezer safe container!

  • Unfortunately, our current production schedule doesn’t accommodate making a custom juice upon request. That’s why our menu offers a variety of juice options ranging from leafy green to sweet. That said, we love suggestions on new juices or ingredients, so let us know if you have a great idea.

  • You can purchase our juices, smoothies, bowls and other products at the Edmonds Farmers Market (Saturdays, May - Sept) or the West Seattle Farmers Market (Sundays, April - Sept).

You can also find our featured juices at the Herbfarm in Woodinville.

  • No, we don’t offer home deliveries at this time.

  • No! We sell raw juice and do not use any preservatives, meaning harmful bacteria will grow if not stored properly. Generally, juices stored above 41 degrees for more than 4 hours are no longer safe to drink. When in doubt, throw it out.

  • Sometimes ingredients (like apple, for example) will brown in color when exposed to oxygen - this is normal and nothing to be concerned about. It’s safe to drink as long as it’s been properly refrigerated your juice and is before the expiration date on the bottle.

  • Raw, cold-pressed juice naturally separates because it’s made of real stuff! Just give the bottle a few shakes and enjoy!

  • We do everything we can to maintain consistency week to week, however, natural ingredients will naturally create different flavors. We tend to look at this as a good thing - if it always tastes exactly the same, it’s probably not natural!

  • All of our ingredients are organic with the occasional exception with some citrus that’s not always available consistently. We don’t advertise organic on our bottles because the certification requirements from the U.S. Department of Agriculture are stringent and expensive, and we are just a small startup! You’ll also find that many smaller farms are not certified for the same reasons, although they also follow all organic practices.

  • Yes, but ONLY if they are clean and do not have the lid. We cannot accept dirty bottles with juice residue - it’s unsanitary and too difficult for us to properly clean. The exception to this is if you’ve consumed your juice at the market and return it to us the same day.

  • We currently don’t have the operational infrastructure to offer a bottle deposit program, but hope to in the future as we grow and scale our business.
